College National Championship

Written by Garion on Tuesday, December 29th, 2009 in Football.

It’s that time again when we see the outcome of months of games and see who will be this years National Champions.

On the 7th January we will see two heavyweight unbeaten teams battle it out and claim College honors.  Looking at today’s spread we see that Alabama are 4.5 point favorites over Texas.

It will be interesting to see if this years game beats the 51227 member bets from last years Florida win over Oklahoma.

The New NFL Season

Written by Garion on Thursday, September 10th, 2009 in Football, NFL, V2.

The new NFL season is upon us so it’s time to get those bets on and the winnings rolling in. We have a great game to kick the season off tonight with Superbowl Champions Pittsburgh Steelers playing the Tennessee Titans.

SuperBowl XLII

Written by Garion on Saturday, February 2nd, 2008 in Football.

CentSports SuperBowl Betting

New York Giants - New England Patriots

The current spread is New England -11.5 favorites. I personally find this spread hard to bet on as I think we will see a 10 point New England win. They may be above in the last quarter but I see New York forcing the ball to try win and maybe scoring a late touchdown to ruin anyone betting on New England -11.5. Though if it rains and they close the roof I think my bet could go on New England spread.

As you may have read I have predicted New England to win as this is probably where a lot of my stake will go. Though the moneyline odds off -440 are quite short.

With only 3 of the last 10 SuperBowl matches having total points above 54.5 and the last three matches all below 46 points I will stick with the under in this match with something like a 17 - 27 New England win.

Prediction Review:

Spread - New York +11.5 (-110)

Moneyline - New England (-440)

Point Totals - Under (-110)

Updated Predictions (Sunday):

Spread - New England -11.5 (-115)

Point Totals - Over (-110)

I made the updates as read the roof is closed and hopefully will be for the entire game so think this will help New England and they will score more points.
